Ranchi’s well-known Ayurvedic doctor VK Pandey says that if you do not take precautions in extreme cold, you may face problems like feeling cold. In such a situation, along with ill health, vomiting and diarrhea may also occur. But if you consume certain things every day, your body will feel so warm that you will not even need to wear a sweater.

Consume these things in winter
Dr. VK Pandey tells that during the cold season you must have seen that laddus made of jaggery, almonds and white sesame are sold a lot. It has many benefits. Actually, the nature of jaggery is hot and peanuts give a lot of strength. Therefore, eating jaggery and almonds causes foreign heat in the body. Apart from this, sesame laddu is very effective in cold. Calcium is found in high quantity in white sesame, which will provide you strength as well as warmth.

He further told that apart from this you can use dry ginger. By eating half a spoon of Sauth laddu with a glass of hot milk, you will not have the problem of feeling cold. At the same time, if you have got cold then drinking this will give you a lot of relief and adding half a spoon of turmeric and a little jaggery in milk and drinking it also brings a lot of warmth in the body.

Consuming these laddus is also beneficial
Apart from all these things, you must consume one laddu every day. This laddu can be of sauth, sesame or turmeric or dry fruit laddu. Apart from this, flaxseed laddu is very beneficial in cold. Along with the warmth, it will also give a lot of relief to your knee pain. Remember, eat only one laddu a day. Also, do not give such laddus to children below 10 years.
